CHARGES AGAINST NOEL COWARD
London, Oct. 24. Noel Coward did not appear at the Mansion House to answer summonses for alleged breaches of the security regulations. He is charged with purchasing 5000 dollars’ worth of United States Treasury bonds in April without making a return of them to the Bank of England. He is also charged with owning other United States securities valued at £6194, of which no return has been made. The proceedings were adjourned to 6th November.
