ELDERLY' MAN FOUND DEAD
The dead body of Walter Joshua I \ Broad, aged 72 years, of Vanguard j s street, was found in the woodshed of his home by his wife this morning. An c inquest was held before the Coroner, t Mr T. E. Maunsell. Evidence was U given by Dr R. F. Stenhouse, deceased’s! \ wife, and his daughter, Mrs M. Ross, i v It was stated that deceased had been in \ ill health for some time and a verdict i of suicide while in a state of mental j - depression was returned.
