News significant of the anti-German unrest in Norway reaching London from neutral sources is quoted by the agency of a German newspaper published in Norway. For instance it declared: “The Norwegian mob. misun derstanding the German high minded - ness, committed several crimes with a high political background.” An Oslo message to the Swedish newspaper “Gotesborgs Tiding” states that the German forces in Norway are in a state of alarm as they expect resistance to the latest Nazi decree. It is expected that over 100.000 radios may be seized as a result of the ban on listening to foreign broadcasts. Inhabitants in the Rogaland district have been fined '70.000 kroner for sabo-
