L. Page) has given notice that he will move the following motion at the next meeting of the council, on Thursday evening:—

“That the council make available to the Government Housing Department that piece of land adjoining the Electricity Store and having a frontage of 135 feet to Paru Paru road, subject to the giving of an undertaking by the department that it will erect thereon two 4-unit flats to be made available for the use of old age pensioners at a rental to be approved by the council before the erection of the fletfs is commenced.”
