FAMOUS CUP DONATED
RED CROSS FUNDS AUCTION MELBOURNE AIR RACE [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright) LONDON, 10th December. The loving cup presented by Sir Macpherson Robertson to the winners of the Melbourne Centenary air race in 1934, Mr C. W. A. Scott and the late Mr T. Campbell Black, has been presented by their backer in the flight, Mr A. O. Edwards, for auction for Red Cross funds. The cup which has £SOO worth of gold in it, is valued at twice that amount.
