WHITE PAPER ISSUED
ITALIAN AGGRESSION AGAINST GREECE STORV in THREE CHAPTERS [British Official Wireless] (Received 9th December, 10.40 a.m.) RUGBY. Bth December. The Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, according to press messages from Athens, -has published a White Paper entitled "The Italian Aggression against Greece,” setting out 183 documents divided into three chapters and preceded bv the text of the Italo-Greek Pact of 1928. The first chapter is stated to deal with the period from 7th April, 1939 (tne day of the Italian invasion of Albania), to 10th June, 1940, the date on which Italy declared war against Britain and France. The second chapter, dealing with Italian provocation, covers the period of 11th June, 1940, to 11th August. Finally the White Paper surveys the period from 11th June to 28th October, during the time the Italian provocations were openly carried out. Tne Italian aggression against Albania, the torpedoing of the cruiser Helle, the attacks on Greek shipping and the violation of Greek territory by Italian aircraft art all dealt with.
