5000 MEN A MONTH
FUTURE INTAKE OF TROOPS IN AUSTRALIA [British Official Wireless) RUGBY, sth December. Army authorities in Australia are arranging for enlistments at the rate of 5000 men a month when recruiting for the Australian Imperial Force is resumed on 29th January. Recruits will be trained as reinforcements for the three overseas divisions and for corps troops.
