QUESTION IN COMMONS [British Official Wireless] RUGBY, 3rd December. The Lord Privy Seal, Mr Attlee, gave a negative reply to a question in the House of Commons asking the Government to revert to the policy of having a War Cabinet composed of Ministers free of departmental duties and responsibilities
