CIVIC FAREWELLS
LORD AND LADY GALWAY IN TARANAKI 5 [United Press Association] ; NEW PLYMOUTH, 3rd December. * ' “F think it is in the blood of every Englishman to be thrilled to return to I his Mother Country, and we have, that • feeling at present,” said the Governori General, Lord Galway, when a civic farewell was tendered to him and Lady , Galway in New Plymouth this evening. Lord and Lady Galway were making a farewell tour of Taranaki, and were accorded a civic farewell also at Stratford during the day. Lady Galway met . members of the Lady Galway Guild, and others associated with the work throughout Taranaki Lord and Lady Galway will return to Wellington tomorrow morning.
