COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE POSSIBILITY [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright) (Received 30th November, 10.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, 29th November. The spokesman for the Defence Department admitted that an international joint commission had been delegated to investigate the feasibility of Canada granting the United States a corridor for a highway to Alaska in return for the transfer of additional warships to Britain.
