GERMAN LINER BREMEN
REPORTED ORDER TO RETURN TO GERMANY (Received 28th August. 9.0 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, 27th August. It is reported that the German liner Bremen, carrying 1200 passengers to New York, was ordered to return to Germany when in the middle of the Atlantic. S HIP PIN G CANC EL L A TIO N S (Received 28th August. 12.45 p.m.) LONDON. 27th August. The Orient Line announces the cancellation of Australian sailings, of the Orion on 9th September. Orcades on the 7th October. Orford on the 4th November. the Orford cruises on the 2nd September and 16th September, and the Orford's voyage to Egypt on 30th September.
