FARMERS FERTILISER COMPANY INCREASE IN PROFITS (United Pr*»M Atanciaflnnl AUCKLAND. This Day. The annual accounts of the New Zealand Farmers’ Fertiliser Co., to 31st May show an increase *i gross profits from £106.105 to £111.217 and in net profits from £66.478 to £69 671. The dividend recommended is unchanged at 0 per cent. The balance sheet shows an increase in capital from £261.995 to £351.394. the difference being due to the issue of 5} per cent, preference •hares in September last.
