INTERNATIONAL ACTION URGED CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RESOLUTION [U.P.A.—B.v Electric Telegraph— Copyright) (Received 29th June. 12.10 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, 28th June. The International Chamber of Commerce conference passed a resolution recommending the Governments of England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and America to jollaborate with, their own leading business men and make a thorough study of economic and fiscal conditions in respect to national needs and a possible contribution to the world’s economic development, after which the respective economic experts meet to formulate a plan under which all countries would be given a fair opportunity to share the resources of the world.
