TEAMS TO PLAY MOTUEKA The sole selector for the Golden Bay Sub-Union, Mr R. Prince, has chosen the following players to represent Golden Bay seniors against Motueka at Motueka next Saturday : Full-back: H. Riley. Three-quarters; K. Brown, K. Prince, M. Mitchell. Five-eighths: A. Taylor, A. Davies. Half-back : S. Haase. Forwards: H. Windle (captain), R. Ruff ell, B. Ward, W. Ritchie, R. Wigzell, O. Ward. G. Woolf, R. Grant. Emergencies—Backs: P. Shellock and J. Bensemann. Forwards: R. Busch and H. Shaw. JUNIOR TEAM The Takaka junior selector, Mr W. H. Haase, has selected the following players to represent Takaka against Motueka at Takaka on Saturday:— Full-back. F. T'igent; three-quarters, C. Walker. L. Papps, and V. Bethelsen; five-eighths, Webber and Swann; halfback, T. Hume; forwards, Manson, Bird, K. Baigent, Hill (2), R. Papps, Edmondson and Nees. Reserves—Backs, A. Murray and Coakley; forwards, Scott and Wadsworth.
