APPEAL COURT HEARING PROVISIONAL FIXTURE MADE (United Press Association! WELLINGTON, This Day. A provisional fixture for the hearing of the appeal by the Court of Appeal in the case Collector of Customs versus Jackson and Company (Auckland) involving the validity of the Imports Regulations has been fixed for 26th June, but there is a possibility that the case may be taken earlier »o meet the convenience of counsel who is engaged in other appeals. Fixtures for the new session were made this morning by the Court of Appeal. The Socilitor-General, making reference to the import appeal case, said that it had not been set down in the Court of Appeal yet, but it was anticipated that an apDlication for leave to set it down would be made in the near future He suggested that a provisional fixture be mad* 5 .
