BRITAIN AND RUMANIA (U.P.A.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] BUCHAREST, 11th May. The British-Rumanian trade agreement was signed. It includes £5,000,000 credit for the purchase of 200,000 tons of Rumanian wheat.
