est of the season, comprising little more than 2000 head. A line of hill two-tooth ewes sold at 14s, and another at 11s 3d. A trucK lot of sound-mouthed ewes made 8s but lines of failing moutheds with a proportion of sound moutheds made as low as 2s to 3s. Lambs ranged from 4s 3d to 11s 3d. A pen of wethers sold at 13s 4d; others at 8c 6d to 10s Id. The fat lamb penning was 880 compared with 1100 of a week ago. The quality was poor.
