Returning to Taumarunui at 9 o'clock last night a lorry driven by Robert John Henry Trenboth. mechanic, capsized near National Park station, and Leslie Dabb, aged 38. draper's assistant, of Taumarunui, married, with two children, was killed by head injuries. The following were sent to hospital: Mr Trenboth. abrasions; Mr Philip Dalton, ticket writer, with severe shoulder injuries; Miss Dorothy Smith, hairdresser, whose parents reside at Wellington, shock.
