ECHO STILL AGROUND

WELLINGTON. 14th April. The auxiliary scow Echo, which grounded on the Wairau Bar early yesterday morning is undamaged, but still remains stranded. An official of Levin and Co., the agents, stated to-day that the vessel might be on the bar for another two days, and would have to wait for a good high tide before she could come off. At the time of stranding the Echo was fully laden, which makes the task of freeing her more difficult.
