The Ottawa correspondent of the United Press learns authoritatively that a co-operative Pritish-American plan to train hundreds of pilots yearly in Canada for the British and Canadian air forces will be announced shortly. Though the Canadian Government Will have full control of the training schools, the British Government will contribute to their cost and upkeep and send .experienced instructors to Canada. It is expected that 250.000.000 dollars worth of aeroplanes will, during a period of years, be built in Canada for Britain.
