SENTENCED FOR ESPIONAGE

After a trial in camera Captain Pfughhartung, a German, and the former Danish correspondent for the Berlin newspaper, “Boersen Zeitung," was sentenced to eighteen months’ imprisonment for espionage. Four other Germans were sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment and three Ger-man-born Danes were deprived of civil rights for five years.
