THEFT CHARGE
FORMER SECRETARY REMANDED (United Press Association! GREYMOUTH. This Day. At the Magistrate's Court William Pendlebury, aged 40 years, former secretary of the State Miners’ Union, was remaided until Monday on a charge of theft of £42 8s lOd, the property of the union. Tt is understood further charges are pending.
