PANEL OF INDUSTRIALISTS
I British Official Wirelewl • RUGBY. 25th January. It is announced that Mr R. J. Sinclair, a director of the Imperial Tobacco Company, at the invitation of Mr Chamberlain, will join the panel of industrialists to advise on problems con- ; nected with the rearmament programme. Mr Sinclair will fill the vacany caused by the recent resignation because of ill-health, of Mr Darcy Cooper.
