Doctor Kalfus, in a statement to-day, said that the Government expected Poland. Germany and Hungary to assume aproximately 35 per cent, of Czechoslovakia s State debt because they had acquired more than that proportion of the Republic’s population, area and productive wealth. He was budgeting accordingly. though a •'.Fitment had not been reached.
