PROVINCIAL COURT
Delegates from all over New Zealand will assemble in Wellington on Friday for a meeting of the Provincial Court Committee of the Centennial Exhibition. This will be the first meeting since that held following the adoption of the scheme. The provincial representatives will visit the court, where work is already well under way. Mr W. Baker, who is in charge of the construction of the court, will show them the 17-foot model of the court which stands in his studio at Rongotai, and serves as a guide to the general layout of the hall. Realistic lighting effects are being arranged, to give some impression of the general plan. The framework of one of the waterfalls in the court will be erected by then, enabling visitors to realise something of the dimensions of the work.
