ACTION AGAINST SHIPPING COMPANY I United Press Association] WELLINGTON, This Day. A claim made by Sidney Edward Moore in the Supreme Court at Napier for £1774 against the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company was completed by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, today, judgment being entered for defendant. Mr R. Watterson appeared for Moore’s counsel and said that the application for judgment for plaintiff could not be supported in view of the answers given to three of the questions put to the jury.
