EARLY SETTLERS’ MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION
RICHMOND COMMITTEE A meeting of residents will be held at Richmond this evening for the purpose of forming a local committee of the Nelson District Early Settlers' Memorial Association. The objects of this committee will be o assist the association by membership, collection of records and appoint a representative on the committees of the association. Committees are being formed throughout the Nelson Province so that the celebrations of 1942 will be thoroughly representative. Each resident of the province is entitled to help, the association being a Memorial Association and not a descendants’ association Members of the executive will address the meeting.
