INTER-PROVINCIAL MATCH MARLBOROUGH V. NELSON The Nelson and Marlborough Tennis! Clubs will play their annual cup match j on the Nelson Club’s courts next Satur- j j day, 3rd December. Advice has been received that the | I visitors will field a strong team com- j ! prising 14 ladies and 14 men. This annual fixture is always looked I forward to not only for the competitive side, but also from a social point of view, and judging by past fixtures the meeting of the two clubs will be an enjoyable one. All the singles matches will be played during the morning and the doubles in the afternoon. A dance, at which the visitors will be guests, is being arranged for Saturday | evening al the Mia Mia buildings, at which function the cup will be presented to the winning team. 1
