The “Manchester Guardian’s” correspondent says Mr Chamberlain’s and Lord Halifax's visit to the Duke and Duchess of Windsor has marked a new development, brought about, it is understood, by the decision of the Duchess that she is no longer concerned about her title and rank of Royal Highness, on which she previously insisted as her right. As this was the only important question delaying the return of the Duke and Duchess, it is now expected that they will shortly visit England and later may take up residence in London.
