REMAINING IN UNITED STATES

AMBASSADOR TO GERMANY WASHINGTON, 27th November. The State Department announced that the Ambassador to Germany, Mr Wilson, is remaining here as a consultant on German and American relations. It is also disclosed that Mr Wilson, and the Ambassador to Italy, Mr William Phillips, are dining with President Roosevelt at Warm Springs to-day. They will thoroughly canvass the country’s relations with the Totalitarian Powers, causing observers to suggest that the United States may be considering a different approach in her relations with Italy.
