DECLARED HABITUAL CRIMINAL
I United Press Association* NAPIER. This Day. In the Supreme Court this morning Mr Justice Blair sentenced Jack Henry Payne, aged 31. labourer, to six months’ imprisonment on each of three charges of theft to be cumulative, and declared him an habitual criminal.
