GREEN IN GOOD CONDITION The Takaka Bowling green was in excellent condition, although few pla>ers were in attendance on Saturday as the promised match with Nelson did not eventuate. The following games were played:— C. Hitchcock and J. Murray (s). 17; L. Petterson and L. Norris (s) 16. G. W. Maunder, C. Nalder and E. Polglase (s) 22: P. J. Port, A. Newlove, Geo. Polglase (s) 17.
