It is stated that the Pope is ill, but there is no immediate danger. He was counselled to rest, and all audiences were suspended. Dr. Milani, the Pope’s doctor, says: ‘The Pope is a little better. I am optimistic, but naturally everything depends on the resistance of the heart.”
