JAPANESE PREPARING TO INVADE U.P.A.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! (Received 25th November, 12.35 p.m.) LONDON, 24th November. The Shanghai correspondent of “The Times” says that the Japanese are preparing to invade Shensi province in order to cut off the supply of arms from Russia. The English and French Chambers of Commerce and national associations of eight countries are unitedly opposing the unjustifiable Japanese military restrictions on foreign trade.
