COMMEMORATING A NOTABLE EVENT OF THE GREAT WAR —On November 7, at La Cappelle, on the Belgian border, M. Sellier, who gave the bugle call to "Cease Fire" on the same date in 1918, sounded the call again to celebrate the anniversary. This "Cease Fire" was sounded to allow the German representatives to cross the lines to discuss the terms of armistice, eventually made effective on November 11.
