UNSETTLED WITH RAIN AT TIMES. i Unsettled weather w ith rain at times j may be expected, and some heavy falls [ are possible. A beneficial, though only light, rain fell in Nelson last night, amounting to i ten points. In the country, at Redwood’s Valley, only a (race of rain was | recorded. Yestei'day was partly cloudy, j the sun shining for only 7 hours. The night was very warm, with a minimum , temperature of 47 degrees, and the barometer to-day stood at 29.88. The weather to-day was overcast, but sunny at times, with a strong northeast breeze, and mist obscuring the 1 hills. The weather was overcast in most parts of the Dominion to-day, and heavy rain fell during the night on the West I Coast
