NELSON SESSION CONCLUDED At the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Reed heard a motion by the receiver of the partnership assets of the firm of Hall and Coote, for variation of the order of appointing the receiver, against Charles W. Thorp and Edith Coote, executors of the estate of John Cecil . Coote and Harold J. Card. Mr M. C. H. Cheek moved the motion on behalf of the receiver. His Honour would not grant the motion until the partners in the estate had signified consent to the motion and when that consent is obtained, it will be heard in Wellington in order not to delay the matter. • A motion was moved by Mr C.
