Ihe yacht is in charge of Mr D. Wellington, who has with him as his crew Messrs 1). Ashton, C. Wilson and A. 11. Mill,urn. Messrs Ashton and Wilson are members of the crew of the South Af. join the vessel at Auckland on their return from Wellington. The Hover is 26ft overall, with a beam of 9ft 6in and a draught of slt. Uer most recent owner was Mr 11. hergusson, who sold her to Mr llnckland a. few mouths ago. Mr Wellington, who is in command of the Hover, has laid considerable experience in navigating small boats o i ocean voyages. lie hopes to reach Wellington in about a week's lime.
