Happiness! JThat elusive quality we all desire and work so hard to secure. There are those who declare that happiness cannot "be obtained without money and plenty of it. Others again contradict that statement by saying that money has nothing to do with it. They maintain that contentment is the basis of happiness. What is happiness, anyway? It may be success to a man, motherhood to a woman. To a child it might be represented by the fulfilment of an immediate wish. To any one of us happiness might be synonymous with companionship or love. Whatever it stands for, it is the most precious thing worth having. What is YOUR recipe for happiness? The Lady Editor would welcome a letter from you on the subject, giving your own opinion as to what constitutes a recipe for happiness. Letters from readers will be published in The Home Forum next Thursday, 15th September. Address your letter to The Home Forum, “The Nelson Evening Mail,” P.O. Box 111, NELSON. Each letter should be accompanied by the name and address of the writer, but a nom-de-plume may be given for publication purposes if preferred.
