POST-WAR DEBT
HUNGARIAN PROPOSALS TO UNITED STATES [By Telegraph-Press Association! WASHINGTON, 28th March. President Roosevelt has transmitted to Congress Hungarian proposals for a settlement of the defaulted post-war debt to the United States. The original debt of 1,685,000 dollars was advanced to enable the purchase of flour. Hungary seeks a readjustment on the terms of the full payment of the original flebt over a period of years without interest.
