OBITUARY
RT. REV. J. H. CmTEIG /British OSeial Wireless! RUGBY, 28th March. The death has occurred of Dr. J. H. Greig, flrrt Bishop of the See of Guildford and previously Bishop of Gibraltar. He was aged 73. The Rt. Rev. John Harold Greig. D.D., was ordained in 1888. He was Wilberforce missioner in South London, holding various diocesan posts before leaving South London for the Worcester diocese in 1905 as canon missioner. He was Archdeacon of Worcester and Rector of Hartlebury from 1911 to 1921. Bishop of Gibraltar from 1921- to 3927, and Bishop of Guildford from 1927 to 1934. He was made a sub-prelate of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem in 1921 and received the Order of St. Sava, first class, in 1929.
