Two brothers, Richard and Irwin Traube, German theological students, were found shot dead on the road near the British war cemetery. TAXI HELD UP BY GANGSTERS (Received 29th March. 12.7 p.m.) JERUSALEM. 28th March. Gangsters held up a taxi-cab at Ramleh and shot dear four Jewish passengers. Three others are missing. The police, hearing shooting, rushed up and killed three of the brigands in the ensuing action.
