COMPLETION OF WORK PRISONERS SET FREE [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrightl (Received 21st December, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, 20th December. Ten thousand prisoners engaged in putting down a double track on the trans-Siberian railway from Karymskaya to Khabarovsk have been liberated to celebrate the completion of the work.
