TRIBUTES IN THE LORDS PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS [British Official Wirelees] (Received J3th November, 10.40 a.m.) RUGBY. 17th November. In a House of Lords debate on the international situation raised by Lord Allen of Hartwood. tributes were paid to the late Mr Ramsay MacDonald. Lord Plymouth joined in the tributes, remarking that Mr MacDonald took a i keen interest in and had a profound ! knowledge of foreign affairs, and it was i Perhaps in that sphere that he had his greatest political successes.
