ALEXANDRA HOME
INSPECTION BY HOSPITAL BOARD MEMBERS APPRECIATION OF WORK AT INSTITUTION The members of the Nelson Hospital Board visited Alexandra Home at Richmond yesterday and at the monthly meeting of the Board in the afternoon the chairman (Major R. Dagger) said he wished to compliment the Master and Matron of the Home, Mr and Mrs A. Hunter, on the upkeep and general appearance of the institution, and to > express appreciation of the manner in which the Home is conducted. Ti e chairman also expressed the Board s appreciation of the work done and interest taken by those inmates who worked on the grounds and contributed no mean share towards the general maintenance and appearance of the Home.
