KING OF THE BELGIANS

VISIT TO ENGLAND is-v : , ARRANGEMENTS FOR RECEPTION I British OlHcial Wireless! RUGBY, 15th November. , British destroyers and aeroplanes will j met the Belgian steamer Prince Albert V;’ in which the King of the Belgians is , crossing to England for a State visit, half-way across the Channel and escoiher into Dover. The Duke of Gloucester will welcome King Leopold, and g<iri company with the Belgian Ambassa.travel with a special royal train 'To London. King George, members of the Royal Family, Lord Crewe, as Lord Lieutenant of the County of London, Mr Neville Chamberlain, Mr Anthony Eden, and Sir Samuel Hoare on behalf of the Government, Sir Robert Clive, the British Ambassador at Brussels, the Lord Mayor of London, the chiefs' of the defence forces and others will welcome King Leopold at Station. The'two kings will then drive by carriage to Buckingham Palace and in the evening Their Majesties will give a State banquet at the Palace. The State visit ends on Friday and fhe programme engages the whole of the time .of. the visiting monarch. It i includes an inspection at Colchester of "the Fifth Royal Inniskilling Dragoon G.uards, on Thursday, when King Leopold’s speech will be broadcast.
