The Domei News Agency reports that > Mr Gisuke Ayukawa, president of a Japanese industrial company controlling the development of Manchukuo heavy industries, brought from there plans for a huge holding company vhich will have a capital of £175,000,100. A third of the amount will be advanced by Japan and a third by an American syndicate, including "a certain inancial organisation,” also the Standing Oil and Ford Motors, and General \ Motors. Sixty millions will be devoted J ' o iron industries, a similar sum to v lircraft and motor industries, and £30,•00,000 to light metals.
