NINETY-FOURTH CROSSING

Ninety-four crossings of the Tasman Sea have been made by Mr Frank Goldberg, head of the Goldberg Proprietary, Ltd., who arrived by the Mariposa this morning. He says lie looks forward to making a total of 100. Mr Goldberg said that the Australians, having got over the election unscltlemcnt, were looking forward to general prosperity. He remarked that in Australia great interest was taken in the New Zealand political situation. There was a feeling that New Zealand was "living high, wide, and handsome, but that there was a day of reckoning to conic, and when it did ‘would hit somebody.”
