For being found intoxicated while jin charge of a car Thomas Anderson, a gardener, was fined £2O and his license cancelled for 12 months. A traffic inspector found the car parked on the wrong side of the road and when abreast it moved off, taking an erratic course and stopping diagonally across the road.
