Madame Miller, wife of General Miller, head of the White Russian exservicemen at Paris, who, with his colleague, General Skobline, disappeared in September, has written to President Lebrun appealing to him as a last hope to find her husband and requesting that the building which is rented by the Soviet Embassy be searched.
